Turf Care

We offer three tiers of service for our clients; a level I for basic weed control for any warm season lawn, a level II for general broad spectrum weed control, insect control, and fertilization for any warm season lawn and our customized top tier level III program that is specific to your variety of turf.  See below for a detailed description of the services.

Residential

Our route optimization, scheduling, and time/gps tracking software ensures the most efficient use of time and resources so that we can add value for our clients. Atlantic Coast is also committed to keeping well maintained, like new trucks and equipment so that we don’t trade productivity for downtime.
  • Pairing this service with our Mowing and Landscape Management Programs will provide top-notch care for your entire property.
  • All of our recurring residential turf care accounts are set up on automatic bank-draft or a credit/debit card so that it is worry free. Pre-payment discounts are also available.

Commercial

  • Atlantic Coast Landscape has the capacity to take on a variety of needs for your commercial property. We work with directly with property management companies, building owners, managers, developers, and homeowners associations. We service many types of commercial properties including multi-family, HOA, industrial, institutional, office park, and retail.

We can include weed and pest control, fertilization, and aeration services in your routine maintenance plans. Other options include; seasonal color, mulching, lighting system maintenance, and snow/ice removal services. LEVEL I – Any warm season turf

Our Level I lawn care program for warm season turf consists of 3 Applications per year.

  1. Winter (February): Pre-emergent weed control
  2. Early Spring (March): Post-emergent weed control, iron, and pre-emergent weed control
  3. Fall (October/November): Post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control

Some a la carte services are available for this program such as fire ant control, aeration, specific disease and/or insect control, etc. However, you may not add any single application from level II or III as an a la carte service. You may only receive those applications as part of that program to ensure consistent results.

LEVEL II – Any warm season turf

Our Level II lawn care program for warm season turf consists of 6 Applications per year.

  1. Winter (February): Pre-emergent weed control
  2. Early Spring (March): Post-emergent weed control, iron, and pre-emergent weed control
  3. Spring (Late April-May): Dry fertilizer
  4. Early Summer/Late Spring (May): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  5. Mid-Summer (June/July): Dry fertilizer
  6. Fall (October/November): Liquid Insecticide, post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control

Some a la carte services are available for this program such as fire ant control, aeration, specific disease and/or insect control, etc. However, you may not add any single application from level III as an a la carte service. LEVEL III – Centipede/St. Augustine

Our Level III lawn care program for warm season Centipede/ St. Augustine turf consists of 7 Applications per year.

  1. Winter (February): Pre-emergent weed control
  2. Early Spring (March): Post-emergent weed control, iron, and pre-emergent weed control
  3. Spring (Late April-May): Dry fertilizer
  4. Early Summer/Late Spring (May): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  5. Mid-Summer (June/July): Dry fertilizer
  6. Late Summer (July/August): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  7. Fall (October/November): Liquid insecticide, iron, post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control

Additionally, a la carte services are available for this program such as fire ant control, aeration, specific disease and/or insect control, undesirable turf eradication, etc.

LEVEL III – Bermuda/Zoysia

Our Level III lawn care program for warm season Bermuda/Zoysia turf consists of 8 Applications per year.

  1. Winter (February): Pre-emergent weed control
  2. Early Spring (March): Post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control
  3. Spring (Late April-May): Dry fertilizer
  4. Early Summer/Late Spring (May): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  5. Mid-Summer (June/July): Dry fertilizer
  6. Late Summer (July/August): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  7. Fall (September/October): Liquid insecticide, post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control
  8. Fall (October): Dry fertilizer

LEVEL III – Split Bermuda/Zoysia + Centipede/St. Augustine

Our Level III split turf care program for warm season Bermuda/Zoysia turf consists of 8 Applications per year while defined areas with Centipede/ St. Augustine turf will consist of 7 Applications per year.

  1. Winter (February): Pre-emergent weed control
  2. Early Spring (March): Post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control
  3. Spring (Late April-May): Dry fertilizer
  4. Early Summer/Late Spring (May): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  5. Mid-Summer (June/July): Dry fertilizer
  6. Late Summer (July/August): Liquid insecticide for mole crickets and chinch bugs, iron, and post-emergent weed control
  7. Fall (September/October): Liquid insecticide, post-emergent weed control and pre-emergent weed control
  8. Fall (October): Dry fertilizer
