Sam discovered his love of plants in 2011 when he began volunteering at the Kresge Greenhouse during his junior year at the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. It was his first introduction into a wide-open world of fascinating possibilities, and the first step into what has ultimately become his career. Ever since then, Sam has worked in numerous areas of the green industry: retail plant and product sales, wholesale production, and landscape installation and maintenance. Over the last ten years he has gained a wealth of knowledge and is excited to share that experience with his clients here in the New Bern area as the Landscape Management Account Manager for Atlantic Coast Landscape Company.

Whether someone has lived here for ten days or ten years, had a lifetime of experience or never even planted a flower, there is always room to grow and improve.
