We are currently seeking talented Landscape Management Team members with a background in Horticulture and plant care. As a key part of the Atlantic Coast team, you will be responsible for:
Working with a team of 2 or more team members
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting the Landscape Crew Leader to implement the clients wishes
Planning and organizing the jobsite, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Operating a variety of hand tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Communicating needs to crew leader in a timely and efficient manner
Helps with snow removal during the winter months
Possesses willingness to learn new skills
Plant identification
Experience with proper herbicide and pesticide application is a plus
Position Requirements

Must have high school diploma or GED, plus one year professional experience in the field
Has reliable transportation to job site/office.
Provides legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
Must be able to work outside for numerous hours in various types of weather
Must have appropriate work boots
Must wear uniform issued by Atlantic Coast Landscape
Possess working knowledge of standard landscape construction/installation practices and/or horticultural practices
Possess attention to detail
Must be polite and professional
Possess strong oral communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude
