We are currently seeking talented Landscape & Hardscape Installation Team Leaders with a proven track record of installing landscape and hardscape projects. As a key part of the Atlantic Coast team, you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 2 or more team members
Providing excellent customer service
Working with the designer/project manager/sales person to implement the clients wishes
Planning and organizing the jobsite, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Operating and maintaining automatic vehicles as well as a variety of equipment
Reading blueprints/construction documents
Providing proper documentation for efficient job tracking, billing, and job costing
Communicating needs to admin, operations, and/or sales in a timely and efficient manner
Helps with snow removal during the winter months.
Possesses willingness to learn new skills.

Associates or higher in landscape related field preferred.
Certified Plant Professional preferred
NCMA Segmental retaining wall and ICPI paver installer certification
Professional experience in the field
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to job site/office.
Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
Must be able to work outside for numerous hours in various types of weather
Must have appropriate work boots
Must wear uniform issued by Atlantic Coast Landscape
Working knowledge of standard landscape construction/installation practices and horticultural practices
Attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude
